There was a lack of promptness. They did not install the window right the first time.
Everything was great. They came out professionally and worked hard to get the job done. They did good.
It's a good quality window, but the prices are a little expensive.
Champion and Charles were great to work with. I'm super excited about the quality of my windows and the methods used to install them. When I need to replace other windows, I am definitely going to go with Champion and I'd urge others to do the same!
