Champion Windows of Atlanta is totally professional, quality driven, and just provides all around excellent service. The salesman, the installation, and the windows themselves were all top notch.
We were very impressed with the salesperson. He was very knowledgeable, and very good at explaining how long everything would take. The windows arrived exactly when he said they would. The office staff always kept in contact with us to make sure we were informed about our products. The installation crew was always on time, and they finished very quickly. The house is much more quiet and I believe that our windows have greatly improved our homes insulation.
Champion Windows offers very high quality products. Their prices were a little high, but the installation crew did a great job installing our windows. We really love the work they did.
The company put aside any concerns I had about the installation. My sales rep was very knowledgeable. He worked closely with me, and answered any questions. I was highly impressed with the installations crew's skill, professionalism, and quality of their workmanship. It was a pleasant experience.
I think Champion is an excellent example of the very best of American capitalism. They have an excellent product that they stand behind. They take care to explain it to the customers. They deliver on their promises and get the job done on time. I think everyone involved seems to take pride in their product and their customers are pleased with the end result.

Champion's location was convenient to where I live. Their advertisement is effective; we heard about Champion in the Atlanta newspaper. We went to their sales room and were well received.
