Champion Windows provides exactly what they advertise. Everyone was courteous and helpful, and their installation crew did a great job taking care of my window problems.
I think they have a great product. They offer a certificate of warranty that you can transfer to a new owner, which I think is wonderful. Their product adds excellent value to your property.
The experience as a whole was fantastic. The installers were courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable in every way. I recommend them to anyone who needs to install windows and doors. I will use them again.
Don Copeland was very professional, he did an excellent job of selling Champion Windows to me. I think that I may not have invested as much money in windows and doors had it not been for him. The installation crew was clean and you couldn't tell they had even been there. I had a great experience thanks to Don Copeland.
I was very pleased with my experience with Champion, from the presentation, to the installation, to how my new window and patio door function. I believe Brett will be contacting me about getting garage doors in a couple of weeks and I am looking forward to that. There were some adjustments that my last project needed but they took care of them promptly, neatly, and invisibly.
They more than exceeded my expectations. More than exceeded. The entire crew, as well as the salespeople and office staff were very professional and they did exactly what they said they'd do when they said they'd do it. That means a lot to people. When someone doesn't show up you get really put off by that. They were great absolutely great.
I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of Champion Windows. I know that I'm going to save a lot of money on my energy bill now that I don't have those leaky windows, which was the reason I had the project done. I'm quite satisfied. If I knew they were going to do such a good job, I would have had them do the windows on my bottom floor as well.
