These are fabulous windows. I had windows from Champion put in upstairs ten years ago, and I went back and had them done downstairs. They hold up well, and are easy to open. They are great windows.
Schedule--took over one year to finish Didn't do the work the way I wanted. Ended up with ugly EMT conduits for the electrical wires while I was promised a neat look. I offered to help by removing rocks out of way but constriction manager declined Mistakes in measurements. Center column was off by several inches Electrical work was not up to code. I found out last week that they stripped romex (NM-B) and put it inside EMT. This not code compliant. They were supposed to use THHN. Door height is not lining up with other wall T... read more
I had a bunch of problems with my installation because of a local contractor, and not only did Champion make good and get a better contractor, but they resolved everything to 100 % satisfaction, and I was grateful for that. The end product was exactly what I wanted.
