You brought me a damaged window and your installer pointed it out to me. Then you start sending me emails to pay my final amount before the repaired window and installation has even been scheduled or completed. I have worked in the corporate world all of my life and no that this is NOT the way that business in the residential or commercial world should be handled.
Johnathon did an outstanding job on building our enclosed patio. We have sliding windows & doors that we love ! We also installed a mini split so we will enjoy this year around It is so pretty & we could not happier.. i
I told the sales woman for my windows that I wanted screens for my five windows that I had installed but the screens did not come with my windows!
Need to do what your salesmen tells the customer. Without making a big deal out of it. I paid over $2500 to replace the header above windows. I had to get angry about it. It did get done after a lot of back and forth.
