The sales individual and the installation crew were very professional. The product was manufactured correctly and the delivery and installation were completed by the promised date. It was a delight to work with Champion.

You brought me a damaged window and your installer pointed it out to me. Then you start sending me emails to pay my final amount before the repaired window and installation has even been scheduled or completed. I have worked in the corporate world all of my life and no that this is NOT the way that business in the residential or commercial world should be handled.
I told the sales woman for my windows that I wanted screens for my five windows that I had installed but the screens did not come with my windows!
Need to do what your salesmen tells the customer. Without making a big deal out of it. I paid over $2500 to replace the header above windows. I had to get angry about it. It did get done after a lot of back and forth.
