We are very pleased with our patio room and would recommend Champion to anyone who wants to add a room. Overall a very good experience.
I was satisfied with the work. The salesman that came out here was very knowledgeable and helpful. All-in-all, I would definitely tell people about how Champion conducted their work and their knowledge.
I don't think you should be worried about looking Champion up in the Better Business Bureau, other than to find out their standing. Usually I look people up in the BBB, but I just found them in the yellow pages and I was so impressed with their facilities and the alternatives that they had, I didn't even check the BBB.
I had called Champion as I was getting several estimates and they were on time, they explained everything, they gave us a time frame with when the stuff they ordered would come in and when they would get started, and then they did everything they said they would do.
Champion is a good company. I started out with them about 7 years ago with windows. These were the final windows I had to get. I had a factory problem with some windows that I got from them some years back and they came out and replaced them no questions asked and with no charge. They give you a lifetime warranty and they back it up.
My whole experience was unbelievable. I have a lot of rotten wood, and I wasn't sure if they could even put the windows in. They removed the rotten wood, installed the windows, put in the aluminum treatment, and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. That was tremendous, so I am very satisfied. I can also tell that when you open the drapes in the morning, there is no cold draft and it remains room temperature.
It is the first time I have ever had my windows done and we want to get the whole home completed by Champion Windows. It will look really, really beautiful. I appreciate the company helping me. I will recommend Champion to all of my friends. They do an excellent job.
They came out, installed the windows, they did a good job, and I didn't have any problems with them. They took their time to clean up everything and they were very courteous to me, it was definitely my property. They left the job site clean.
I was satisfied with Champion's service. I liked their employees' friendliness. The only thing that fell short of my expectations was the fact that they could not do the work in consecutive days, but that was also due to issues with the weather.
