I thought they were prompt, very courteous, and even worked on my other windows.
Champion of Boise was great to deal with. I replaced all of my aluminum framed windows and the difference in comfort was noticeable from the first day. All of the champion people were great to deal with, from the salesman to the installers and all service people. I would strongly recommend champion window. Definitely worth the extra money.
We were very happy with the service. The windows are wonderful. We especially like the UV protection in the windows.
