I do not have any complaints with Champion Windows as far as job they did and products they offered. I was disappointed that they said it would take 4 weeks and instead it took 8. Mike the salesman did a good job of staying on top of things. Overall, I am pleased with my experience.

This is the 2nd installation of replacement windows for our home. We have noticed a drop in our utility bills and we are looking forward to the completion of other window replacements over the next two years.

Champion Windows sales representative was very personable and knowledgeable about their products. Everything that they say their windows do is true. The installation crew was very courteous, professional, and did a great job installing the product as promised. I wouldn't hesitate recommending Champion to anyone looking to invest in improving their home's value.

I've been wanting to get new windows for the past 5 years and finally got them. They are beautiful and made such an improvement in the appearance of my house which motivated me to paint the interior of my home. Brent was very knowledgeable about the technology of the windows and did a great sales job without pressure. The crew that installed my windows was very organized and timely. They were very professional. Brian, at the store, who sold me everything was great. He gave me a great deal. When I first got my windows, he told me it would happen on a certain date but they were 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The windows were put in quickly. Their work performance and speediness was impeccable.

Champion Windows don't offer the cheapest products, but once they are installed they look very nice. They definitely live up to everything they said they would do. Everyone we dealt with, from the installers to the salesperson, did as much as they could to assist us.

In the past, I have had other contractors come and do work for me, and they've always either had to do it over or they messed something up. This is the first crew that came in a did an excellent job the first time. I have to commend them for that. The windows look great too, and I'm sure I'm going to be very happy with them.
