I had a broken window via vandalism. My previous window was a picture window, and they gave me the option to have an opening window, which was great. They did a great job installing the window and it was faster than I expected. They left me some glass cleaner, which was nice. I am very satisfied with the product.

When quoted price for new windows it was a shock, but at the same time I am very pleased as Mike Walker took my order he worked out well all details to get me the best deal and discounts possible. the installation was quick and efficient. Everyone I associated with were professional, courteous, and nice. They did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up after themselves. I am very pleased with the finished project.
Th measurements taken from my windows were correct and the quality of the windows are great. I was told it would take 4 to 6 weeks to order my windows but it only took 3. I was happy with that and with the installation and clean up.
Everything has been done professionally. I have not had any problems with the windows or back garage entry door since installation. The vinyl windows were put in in 2010.
These windows are expensive. We paid Champion $16,572 to re-window our modest home, but, at that price, we expected perfection. Unfortunately, nearly half of the screens are substandard and are falling out of their frames. Customer service to correct the situation has been disappointing. Overall, we are generally pleased with the product, but service could be better after the final payment was made.
The installers were very kind and professional. They were respectful of my new home. Stan was very helpful with me during the decision making process. I loved Champion Windows when I was in Denver and they offer good quality product.
