I had a great experience, each time I've used them. They've come out for multiple jobs. They're always thorough, on time, friendly, and the salesman is great to work with.
I liked the whole thing including the windows. They put them in earlier than I thought they would and the crew was great. All of them have been very good.

They were very professional. Brian, at the store, who sold me everything was great. He gave me a great deal. When I first got my windows, he told me it would happen on a certain date but they were 3 weeks ahead of schedule. The windows were put in quickly. Their work performance and speediness was impeccable.
Champion Windows don't offer the cheapest products, but once they are installed they look very nice. They definitely live up to everything they said they would do. Everyone we dealt with, from the installers to the salesperson, did as much as they could to assist us.
In the past, I have had other contractors come and do work for me, and they've always either had to do it over or they messed something up. This is the first crew that came in a did an excellent job the first time. I have to commend them for that. The windows look great too, and I'm sure I'm going to be very happy with them.
