Very professional, explained everything they were doing as they proceeded through the insulation.
The salesman was friendly and not pushy. The bid we got was considerably less expensive than the competition, and the window quality appeared to be equal if not better. Lifetime warranty was very valuable for our situation.
With the caveat that they may want to compare quality and prices before making a final decision.
They're really good windows!
