Champion built and installed 4 windows for us. There were no budget surprises and they finished the job ahead of schedule. This was during a nationwide supply chain crises in the Fall of 2021.
The craftmanship of the siding was amazing. The customer service and the contractor that put on siding; I would not necessarily hire him. He was unmotivated to get the job done, and he took three Fridays off. He came in at 9:00-9:30 am and he would be gone by 2:30-3:00 pm o'clock. It was tough trying to get in contact with him. I would call the salesperson and he never called back; I called Dave also and never got a callback until the job was nearly done. They are aware of Jeff, the contractor, and of what he did.
