They cost too much but they're worth it.
I am really angry and frustrated that we were not told that the window sills should be replaced before the windows are installed. we were told that the windows are thicker than most windows but we were not told thst the windows are actually installed on top of the window sills. I showed the broken window sill to Kelly and he did not say anything about it. we would have replaced the pressed wood broken sill with a real wood window sill before installation as there was 10 weeks between ordering and installation.
