I do have a complaint. They were very nice, and they did a very good job on the door. They were efficient, however, I cannot get the little buttons that raise the window pushed open so I can get some air in the house. They told me when they left, I might not be able to open them, because I didn't have the strength. I am 97 years old. I walk outside with a walker, but I do take care of everything in the house, and I don't use a walker in the house. I love the room where Champion Windows installed our windows. We live on a corner lot and everyone walks by our house to go to their mailbox. They all love the windows. It is a great advertisement for Champion Windows.
