I am highly satisfied. We have a long standing relationship with Champion Windows and they are highly reputable.
Initial installation crew did very poor, unprofessional job. However, Mr. Danza's response was fast and professional, and the Champion crew that returned and fixed the initially serious problems was also professional and did a very good job. That's why I chose NA for the install questions, as my response would have been a zero if the problems had not been so adequately corrected.
