Work was done professionally and on time. The individual contractors were courteous and understood the need of the customer. John D was a great guy until we signed the deal, after that it was very difficult to get a hold of him, which made it frustrating.There was very minimal contact from the Champion office meaning we didnt hear from them ahead of time of what will go on next or when we could expect the next crew to arrive at the site until Jeff took over. I was very pleased. The salesman from the beginning was very professional and the installation went very smooth. The installers were very knowledgable and professional and I am very pleased with my windows.
