The product was great, but the commincation was very poor. The guys who built it were great. The project leader would show up to collect money without warning. During many areas of the project it was hard to get in contact with the project manager. I think he might have had too many on his plate.
Champion Windows is a great company. Everything they said they were going to do, they went through with it. I am very satisfied.
Champion was professional, timely, respectful and the quality is top notch. We love our new sunroom and hope to spend many an hour enjoyin!
