Sales person and crews were on time and followed COVID guidelines. Mr. Uptegraff was very knowledgeable in the products he sold to us and was able to answer all of our questions. We did not feel pressured to make a decision that day like other companies with a “sign now and save discount” and in the end we were very happy with the result.
I was thoroughly pleased with the outcome of the service work that was done. Even though it was a slow process during COVID-19 everything went well.
I do have a complaint. They were very nice, and they did a very good job on the door. They were efficient, however, I cannot get the little buttons that raise the window pushed open so I can get some air in the house. They told me when they left, I might not be able to open them, because I didn't have the strength. I am 97 years old. I walk outside with a walker, but I do take care of everything in the house, and I don't use a walker in the house.
