It is a shame. I do not understand why it has to be so hard. The quality of the windows is great and I have recommended them before but I will not recommend the Chattanooga branch.
They did not communicate with each other that well. They also did not always let us know an exact time when they would be here. They didn't call if they were not going to be here. They had a communication problem.
The sales person was friendly and arrived on time, but he gave a lot of false information about the Timberstackproduct I was purchasing, and I was led to believe this is a Champion product, built and manufactured by Champion which indeed it is not, Champion is just a third party licensed to sell this product which they have named Timberstack, but it is the same as Diamond Kote, and that is the name that was on the boxes.
