I was told the side light blinds was motor operated...not true.I was told a steel door would not be cold in Winter...it is cold .I can feel cold air seeping into the house. Not sure why. The salesman was very professional and they take the time to explain things and demonstrate the differences of their windows. It has been a huge improvement. We have seen a difference with the cold.
The windows are good, they block out the cold, they look nice installed, just wish the entire install process could have been better.

The quality of the product seems very good. Our house looks great. We asked them for a small change at the last minute. They were very accommodating and had no problem making that addition for us. The men that worked at our house were very hard working, friendly and professional.
