I was told the side light blinds was motor operated...not true.I was told a steel door would not be cold in Winter...it is cold .I can feel cold air seeping into the house. Not sure why. Seals appear to be tight.The peep site is blurry especially when you compare the one on my door. They have ordere...
The salesman was very professional and they take the time to explain things and demonstrate the differences of their windows. It has been a huge improvement. We have seen a difference with the cold.
The windows are good, they block out the cold, they look nice installed, just wish the entire install process could have been better.
