I like the quality of their windows, and the installation was done very well. I would be likely to use Champion Windows of Cincinnati again someday.
Champion did a very good job. The windows seem to be excellent windows, and they are very nice-looking. They have made a great improvement to the appearance of our ranch-style house. We're very happy with them.
I purchased a patio room on the fifteenth of May, and I didn't hear anything from anyone until mid August. I called Champion and the building inspector in our county, and I was the go-between between the two. Evidently there was something the building inspector needed that wasn't given to them when they made the inspection. I was left sort of hanging for a while until I got things going again. Other than that, the job was great. Once they started they completed on time, and the guys who did the job were very professional.
From the moment we stepped in the door we were treated very graciously and honestly. I felt like Champion really cared about my business. They were willing to work with us to make sure we got the best window possible. The installation crew always showed up on time, they were friendly and courteous, and they took any precautions we asked them to. Everyone was more than willing to address any problems we had.
I was satisfied with how the job was done by Champion Windows. The installation crew cleaned after the job was completed. I like my windows. I love the fact that the screens can move from side to side. Eloise H.
Champion provided an efficient, appropriate, and timely installation. They offer a very good product. Their management could be more flexible about choices, and there could be more of a selection available.

They work very well with you when you are first going over everything. When then installation started, any little problems were taken care of right away. When a problem did occur they took care of it very well. The installers cleaned up very well.
