Everyone was very professional and very courteous. They are always on time and are there when I need them. We have a good warranty. I know that if I have a problem, they will come to fix it.
I have used Champion more than once for a sliding glass door and windows. I am very pleased. They do excellent work. The salesperson is professional and courteous. They sent a quality assurance type of person out who checked the work. You can't get much better than that.
Everything was excellent. Neal was a great guy. You couldn't ask for a better sales rep. He was very polite. I liked him very much. He was very much at ease to work with. He wasn't pushy at all. I feel like we really liked the windows, they're great quality and they're helping keep the heat out this summer. Other than the installation crew we had a great experience.
They provide a quality product at a fair price. Their work was expertly done. It is hard to tell if we will experience any energy savings, but we probably will.
We are very happy with our Champion windows. It was 100 degrees yesterday and 98 today and we only used air conditioning a couple of hours yesterday.
Champion did a good job. I like the quality of your work and I would recommend you again. I've used you 3 times already and I hope to use you again in the future.
The crew was very professional. They didn't waste any time. They came, started their work, and got it done in a timely fashion. They left the whole area spotless. Although the people who do the measuring could do a better job, the workers represented Champion superbly.
