I would definitely recommend Champion due to the professionalism of the Sales and Installation Crew, however, the service leaves a lot to be desired. I needed service for a possible defective product and concerns about positioning the screens. I spoke with office staff about service, was informed that I would hear back in 2-3 days. I am quite pleased with Mike, John, Jim and his staff. They were an excellent crew, on the day of installation it was very hot here and they did not stop working. I was very pleased with the amount of time it took for the job to be completed. I have been getting a lot of comments for my neighbors, Champion Windows of Columbia may be getting more customers.
