The workers were the best you could ask for. They did everything they could to help us and satisfy our needs.
I am thrilled with the picture windows from Champion. They are beautiful from the inside and outside, the installation was quick, clean and courteous. The windows were clean and straight with no evidence of the caulking they used to install them. I also noticed a lot of insulation built into the windows before they were installed.
I would like to give them a higher rating because we actually love our sunroom but they need to fine tune some aspects. We should not still be waiting 3-4 weeks after installation to have someone finish the deck handrails because someone felt like cutting corners without finishing their work. The issue has been addressed several times and still not complete.
I was very disappointed in the time it took to the finish job.
The office was courteous, the workers were nice, but no one has come out to check my door after I have called.
The crew was fabulous and just topnotch!
