They did a professional job. Everything is beautiful and I am enjoying it!
The process needs to be more formal. I had a handwritten contract. When the installer came out he was not familiar with some of it and had to ask Mike. It should be itemized and not hand written. I only got a carbon-copy. They need to get a more formal or typed contract about the job and not just a handwritten copy. The customer should not have to explain it. The workers were great. I would want the same workers to do work for me again.
I am happy with the product and I would use them again.
The installation crew was fantastic. They got the job done in a timely manner. They completed the job and cleaned up after themselves. Their work was great.
