They were far beyond my expectations.
The installation crew was professional, personable, on time and thorough. I love the windows, the installation and I would recommend Champion to anyone.
Just make sure you keep John as a salesman. He knows his stuff. The guy we got before (a few years back) didn't know his stuff and didn't tell us about the warranty. We would have been willing to pay the extra money for the warranty if we had known about it.
They did a professional job. Everything is beautiful and I am enjoying it!
The process needs to be more formal. I had a handwritten contract. When the installer came out he was not familiar with some of it and had to ask Mike. It should be itemized and not hand written. I only got a carbon-copy. They need to get a more formal or typed contract about the job and not just a handwritten copy. The customer should not have to explain it. The workers were great. I would want the same workers to do work for me again.
