The experience was mixed. Although the salesman was knowledgeable, friendly, and worked with us on price, the installation was stalled due to rain. Trying to reschedule the Appt was impossible. I called our contact 13 times in two weeks; messages were never returned. Our salesman couldn’t be reached and Champion said the scheduling dept would call but they never did.
