We are happy with our windows and sunroom. I was talking about the work to a friend.
The first appointment for installation was canceled 15 minutes before they were supposed to be there and the installation manager that had called me rescheduled me for two weeks later. I didn't receive a confirmation email or anything to confirm the new appointment like I had for the first one so a few days before the new appointment I called the number in the previous confirmation email and they said they would call the installation manager and get them to confirm the appointment.
