After the first few windows were installed I noticed a scratch on the glass so I called my salesman Marlin and he gave me the phone number for warranty. So I called them and had to leave a message at 5:08 PM on 1/17/2018. This is now 2/17/2018 and I have not heard back from them. Champion is the best of the best in windows. We have had 3 homes done with Champion over the years.
First, the quality of the product is fantastic. We have noticed a huge change in our home environment. Second, from the Sales Staff to the installation crew the experience could not have been better. Awesome!
