After the first few windows were installed I noticed a scratch on the glass so I called my salesman Marlin and he gave me the phone number for warranty. So I called them and had to leave a message at 5:08 PM on 1/17/2018. This is now 2/17/2018 and I have not heard back from them. When they finished the job of windows and french doors I was looking over there work and noticed that on a lot of the windows that the silicone around the windows was blocking shut the little water drains on the window.
