This is our second property experience with Champion Windows. The first was obviously satisfactory. We fully expect that the second will also. We hope to do a second survey after one year. Winter in Ohio should test the new windows. That was the season that repeatedly tested our original windows in each property. Good job, guys!
They did a really good job.
Great professionalism. They did a good job and were able to find the correct color. They answered all our questions and kept us informed every step of the way.
I thought the installation crew was absolutely phenomenal, very conscientious and considerate. They did a good job of clean up as we were most concerned about the dogs. There were no issues there. Both the door and siding crew were absolutely fabulous.
My husband and I are very happy with our new windows from Champion. The installer were terrific and very efficient and through in the installation of the windows. The finish work is outstanding.
They stand behind what they say. We had an issue with a baseboard that was dented during construction. They came back out and fixed it.
Everything was straight forward. The only thing I ran across is that if they have to come out for any issues, they charge you a service charge for their vehicles, which wasn't very straight forward in the contract. That would be nice if they stated that more clearly. Other than that, everything was fine. The install guy was really nice, friendly and easy to work with.
We think the gentlemen who installed the windows did a fantastic job! Absolutely super!
