Because of the delay in window delivery, the inability to contact service representatives in a timely manner to schedule installation, but worst of all, the failure of the installation crew to follow lead-safe practices required by federal law I would only recommend Champion to a friend if they are willing to deal with these issues or if they do not apply to that friend's dwelling.
