The reason I gave Champion Windows of Dayton three stars is because of the timing. What I was told was not exactly the right timing with my windows and doors. They weren't put in. We're waiting on my door.
The installers came in the time frame they said they would come and worked proficiently and were very professional.
I'm waiting for my siding project to be completed before I make a determination. I've not had the experience I had hoped I would get for the money being spent. If you spend for a cadilac product and service then you have high expectations in regards to responding to requests and getting answers to all your concerns on such a large project. My project includes windows, gutters, leaf guard, and siding.
