Champion Windows was willing to provide us a service for a screened-in porch at a location where other companies in the Dayton and Cincinnati were not willing to travel to. So, we were in a bind to find a reputable installer to begin with and Champion appeared to be our only option. We were not impressed with the salesman (Rick). Bad sales representative, but great windows.
I am extremely happy with the workmanship.
There was a tremendous decrease in my utility bill because we have a day room with a lot of windows. We changed the windows and it helped our utility bill.
The sales team was personable and the installer was friendly, but mistakes were made during the installation and the communication about the mistakes was terrible.
