The windows were perfect, and I am really satisfied with the installer. So I would recommend the windows but my problem is with the salesperson.
They have done everything they said they would do. The windows keep the heat in and the cold out. What the salesman was presented was accurate.
Very disappointed that a 6 week window took 3 months and only got it after a two week of constant calls on my part. I could not talk to anyone other than a call center that had no information. Also my referral friend did not receive his promised check.
