MY windows have made a tremendous improvement in the air and heat in my townhouse. The crew was fabulous, and when there was a problem, the company bent over backward to make things right.
I moved in to my house in 2019. The windows were 44 years old and I could feel a draft as autumn weather set in. Champion replaced 90% of my windows on the main floor and I could feel the difference immediately. The house stays warm and the windows look great. They will be easy to clean and Champion's warranty can't be beat. Thanks!
Randy was a good salesman. He arrived on time. Once the windows were ready for installation, the crew arrived on time. The installation crew gouged a window opening and scraped paint of off an interior wall and never said anything about. They did not do a good job of cleaning the windows once they were done. Disappointed especially since I was a returning customer. There should have been a follow up call from the office once the work was done.
