I was very, very pleased. The windows are beautiful.
They put them in fast and stuff. They left them with fingerprints and dusty. I thought they were supposed to clean our windows and stuff. They did a fast job, but the windows have fingerprints and are dusty. They do not look clean. That was our biggest disappointment. Then, with the bathroom window, we could feel the cold air--but my husband opened it and put the screen in right, so once he did that, we're no longer getting cold air out of there.The good thing is that we have felt a difference in our house.
