Champion was upfront about costs and the timetable to install the windows. The installers communicated and left the house clean!
My experience was pretty good initially. But when I started having problems they did not correct them the first time. If I have an issue, they should know right off the top how to fix it.
Because my home is older, the installation crew ran into a few problems with old construction and resolved it quite nicely. I was pleased with the end result (having to replace internal window sills as old ones broke when removing the windows)
