We are happy with the product. We have noticed a difference in the insulation value.
Overall our experience was acceptable but not noteworthy. The windows are very nice (except for the casement window) and I was impressed with the installer's careful removal of our old windows so as not to damage our synthetic stucco exterior. These are expensive windows but hopefully the quality and durability of the windows will offset the high price.
Overall the project was done efficiently and with very little recourse.
