Overall the local team we interacted with was outstanding. Due to some severe weather, our installation was delayed 3 times, and each time the team was gracious and accommodating to our needs. The windows seem very good (it has only been about 1 month), however, my expectation was that the windows would be clean when installed. Instead, during the manufacturing process, the windows had glue or some other substance on the panes that have to be cleaned off. Had a problem with snow blowing in around one window and called. Quick response and found it was lack of knowledge on the part of my renter. Good job!!
