The installation team was fabulous. They got the job done on time and in a clean, orderly fashion.
The windows are nice. They are more quiet than the originals and I can tell the difference between outside temperatures. My only frustration (reason for the rating) was that I showed the sales associate the windows that we wanted replaced, counted them with her and upon being installed, a window was missed. It wasn't explained to us that one of our windows was counted as "two windows" because it was a split window. Had this been explained during the walk through and original quotation, we would have asked for the additional ... read more
