Tim, who did my house 14 years ago, was the one who appraised it and set it up this time also. I like that it was a lot of the same people that worked on my house this time, as it was 14 years ago. That was really nice because Tim already knew all about my house. Mike and Tim both worked on my house 14 years ago.
