We were completely satisfied with everything. The windows were quick to come in once ordered, and just as quick to put in. The clean up once the job was done was nice and thorough.
They were totally professional and dedicated to their work. They provided a very viable product. Jim Baker was very knowledgeable, and the construction crew was very quick and efficient. I honestly didn't believe they'd get the job done in one day, but had they had the entire amount of equipment they needed, which was just minor, they would've been done with the entire job in six hours. And I thought that was absolutely amazing. I definitely plan on recommending Champion and sticking with them in the future.
After the problems with the first sliding door, being that both doors were of different sizes, the opening door was very small. Talked to the manager, he followed up and ordered a new door. Receiving a new sliding door with both doors the same size, the installation was great, the quality high and the second experience was very good.
I was very pleased with the work and the professionalism. I had been trying to get this patio roof repaired for almost a year and a half from other businesses who either didn't respond to our calls or take the time to even look at the patio. Champion showed up when they were supposed to, got the measurements, got the parts ordered, and got it completed within two weeks from our initial contact, so I was very pleased.
