Likeable sale rep, customer service outstanding, product needs some tweaking. Though I had issues with the quality of a couple of their products, Champion was quick to respond to my concerns, no questions asked.
I was very pleased with the overall structure of the patio room, with the quality of the materials used, and with the professionalism of Champion's staff.
I would say that overall we had an excellent experience working with Champion Windows. They have a true quality product, along with professional and informative salespeople.
This was the third time we had used Champion Windows of Ft. Collins for a home improvement project, and they still managed to exceed our expectations.
Tom answered all of my questions when I didn't know how the windows were made, the differences between the products, or how having the windows would help us in the long term. For speaking to someone who is a novice about replacing windows, he was very slow and he talked to me in my terminology so I could understand the product. I think Champion responded on time accordingly to our meeting with the salesman. The salesman was knowledgeable throughout the process, the installation occurred on one day and went smoothly other than a minor issue which was later resolved. I was totally satisfied with the windows and the installation.
I was pretty satisfied with their work, and they were pretty prompt about getting it done even though they had a couple of jobs going on. They called me up to let me know they would be here at a certain time if they were waiting on my specialty windows. They were pretty good about letting me know why they weren't here if they couldn't make it. I'm pretty satisfied with Champion.
I was extremely happy with my service, from Jason, our salesman, to the work the installers did and the completed product. They did great. We have gone from cold to warm inside the house, and our utility bills have been less. We are completely happy with it. There are no defects or problems, and we haven't had to call them about anything. The job was almost perfect. I would recommend Champion's products, the salesman, and the installers.
I was expecting just a shaded area on the south side of the house, and I came out with a wonderful new addition to our home.
