Jim Baker helped me meet an insurance claim deadline. Three other companies failed to provide a proposal to submit to insurance. One company promised to meet the deadline, but wanted a signed agreement before they showed me a proposal. I exercised the 3 day cancellation when they failed to come through. I had to run down Jim Baker on the last day I had to submit my claim. He was in Laramie, but stopped by my Fort Collins home after hours so we could get the proposal submitted. The people of Champion Windows, when they sold to me, were very charismatic and helpful. But unfortunately, they failed to mention it takes a long time to receive the product and they don't have anyone to install.
