Tim was great as the installer. The problem was with the wait for the installation. From the date of purchase to install was about 3 months. I understand they’re having trouble finding help, but that’s not the customer’s problem (at least not directly). At this time I’d be reluctant to recommend Champion for that reason. The product is excellent, but installation delays cloud the experience.
I would recommend Champion windows to anyone of acquaintance! The purchasing process was on point from start to finish! Great salesperson who placed zero pressure on us to make a decision! Helpful professionals both in the office and onsite beforehand! To finish it off, the installation process was amazing!! The quality of work that was displayed that day was impeccable!
