Not happy with the screens and want them replaced.
The windows are very good quality. The installation team did a good job. They lost my first measurements and the second measurements were wrong. It took from April until November to get them installed. There are lost of issues internally. There was a lack of communication through it all.
I communicated 1 time with the sales rep. He never followed up or communicated that the wi does were backordered over 2 months.
Not timely, not done or handled in a professional manner. 5 stars sales and product. Installation was not handled in a professional manner and was by no means timely.
