The only thing we were upset with was the communication was very relaxed. They were supposed to install in July and we did not get a notification until we had tocall them. We hadn't heard from them until the middle of July. They were supposed to call and let usknow. They promised us they would call once they found out. We were highly upset and then they werehighly upset. Then, we had them by theend of August. Within a month and a half our windowswere installed.
Champion Windows has been my preferred Windows vendor for all my windows. Tried others, regretted it instantly. Champion Windows gets the job done.
They were amazing, and the job was good. They worked very fast. Some friends have talked to me about changing their windows, and I've told them they should use Champion. I have no complaints about them at all.
