Champion overall did a good job. Their product is solid and the lifetime warranty is a great comfort for money spent. You may need to follow up more than you'd like, but the installation crew will treat you right.
From the salesperson to the installers, I was treated with respect, all my questions were answered, and everyone helped me understand the quality of the product.
From the initial home visit to the installation I was extremely pleased. They are beautiful windows and the installers were meticulous with clean up. I have referred Champion to friends and neighbors.
Poor communication. Did not order all windows and had to wait for last one. Took 4 months to come in initially.
